Washington Elementary School MAP Testing April 29 through May 10 Communication Arts- 3rd, 4th, 5th Mathematics- 3rd, 4th, 5th Science-5th Only Attendance-Attendance-Attendance-Attendance ***IMPORTANT*** It is ESSENTIAL for all students to be present during MAP testing. Please avoid scheduling doctor appointments during this time. See that your child is well rested, and in bed by 9:00pm. School begins at 8:20a.m. and students are tardy after 8:45am. Testing begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. It is imperative that students arrive at school on time; late students will not be able to test with their classroom if tardy. Encourage your child to focus and do their best. “We Operate To Educate” Greetings WES Families! We are off to a great school year. At WES, we are striving for 98-100% daily student attendance. It is important that students are at school, on time, everyday. Parents/Guardians, WES staff is depending on you to help us meet this goal! Also, we are a uniform district, and students are expected to be in full uniform every day. WES continues to sale our polo shirts in blue or gold. Remember, shirts are only $8.00, so stop by the office and purchase a few! Lastly, families remember, students are not to be at school before 8:20 am. There is no supervision of students prior to that time. For your child’s safety, please adhere to this time.  (Positive Behavior Intervention and Support Program)
